By accessing or using Proppty (proppty.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. About Proppty
Proppty is a platform that connects hosts who have spaces to share with guests seeking short-term accommodations in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad). Proppty does not own, manage, or control any properties listed on the platform.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may not transfer or share your account with others
4. For Guests
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking including nightly rates, cleaning fees, and service fees
- You agree to comply with the host's house rules and check-in/check-out times
- You are responsible for any damage to the property during your stay
- Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and displayed before booking
5. For Hosts
- You must have legal authority to list your property on Proppty
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information
- You must maintain the property in a safe, clean, and habitable condition
- You must comply with all local laws, regulations, and tax obligations
- Proppty may charge a service commission on completed bookings
6. Service Fees
Proppty charges a service fee to guests (typically 12% of the booking subtotal) and may charge hosts a commission on completed bookings. All fees are clearly displayed before confirmation.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by listing. The applicable policy is shown on each stay's page before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Listing properties you don't own or have authority to rent
- Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Harassing other users
- Attempting to circumvent the booking system to avoid fees
9. Content & Intellectual Property
By uploading content (photos, descriptions, reviews) to Proppty, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Proppty acts as a marketplace connecting hosts and guests. We are not responsible for the condition of properties, the behaviour of users, or any incidents that occur during stays. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
